Engineering industrial technology for the Kingdom
Gulf Minerals develops industrial technologies across hydrogen infrastructure, industrial energy systems and resource recovery.
Industry loses value in places most people overlook.

KAHF
A developing concept for underground hydrogen storage in hard-rock environments, designed around industrial integration, monitoring and operational safety.
Technical information is shared with qualified partners under confidentiality.
Energy systems
Technologies and partnerships designed to recover, store and reuse energy currently rejected by industrial processes.

Resource technologies
Industrial process technologies designed to convert underutilized streams and by-products into higher-value industrial outputs.
Industrial by-products. Converted.
Bench-scale conversion of phosphogypsum into high-concentration sulfuric acid and other saleable products, turning a stockpiled by-product into inputs the phosphate complex already uses.
Saudi-based processing pathway from REE feedstock to saleable intermediate and separated products, aligned with licensing and compliance requirements.
Bench-scale testing is under way. Technical information is shared selectively with qualified partners.
Recover the energy the plant already produces.
Recovered heat is stored and returned to the process or to power, replacing fuel or purchased electricity.
Technology development
Gulf Minerals develops industrial concepts internally and with selected technical, industrial and research partners.
Projects are anchored by bankable partners, clear governance, and offtake and feedstock structures.

Phosphates
Resource recovery and industrial process technologies for large integrated phosphate operations.

Mining & metals
Process technology, energy integration and resource-recovery opportunities across mineral operations.

Refining
Waste heat, industrial energy recovery and selected resource-recovery applications.

Cement
Industrial heat recovery and energy optimization opportunities around high-temperature operations.

Hydrogen
Storage infrastructure and integrated monitoring for future industrial hydrogen systems.

Technology moves faster with the right partners.
What are you?
